This team provides support to practices seeking the best terms of cover and
premiums when renewing indemnity insurance. The risk management work
carried out by the team has won praise from underwriters, brokers and
lenders alike. Very substantial premium discounts have been achieved for
clients. This team has also assisted legal practices to exit the ARP and secure commercial cover for more than three years.

The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 came into force on 26 June.
Data on equality and diversity is required to be submitted to the SRA by recognised bodies, sole practitioners and licensed bodies/alternative business structures, including consultants (if contracted for over 3 months) but not in-house lawyers, every two years.
